Force Soccer Club believes the ability to pay should not be a barrier for participation. Scholarships are limited so requests will be considered on an individual basis and evaluated upon player/family need, available funding, and player commitment.
I declare the above personal and financial information is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that receiving a scholarship is a privilege and pledge to have my child at all team activities. I also recognize that I am responsible for paying any remaining club fees, team fees, and/or uniform fees before my child will be allowed to participate.
This information will be held in confidence by the club scholarship committee and will only be used to evaluate financial need when awarding scholarships. To protect your privacy the best we can, the scholarship committee and possibly your coach will be aware of the application.
